We decided to start the Autumn/Winter session in a relaxing way.
We organised a Pamper Day with massage, aroma therapy, hair dressing and hearing tests. Blood pressure and blood sugar readings were taken on request and advice on classes being held in the Centre and at Limavady College was available.
