DROMBOUGHIL COMMUNITY CONTRIBUTORS CHRISTMAS LUNCH 2012

 On Thursday 6th December we held a lunch at the Centre for the people who had supported us so well over the past year.  The chat was good, the food was good and it was enjoyed by all who attended.

 

The hall was set up to it's usual high standard for events like this ..

the big candles came out again ...

our hamper and draw prizes were set up for all to see and to encourage ticket sales ...

our little tree stood in the hall, displaying its' homemade decorations ...

the desserts sat ready in the computer room ...

and Valerie welcomed our guests for the day.

The room buzzed with chat ...

the staff were allowed to join in too ...

the first draw was made by Muriel Mackie

Ida got a lovely tin of biscuits ...

Esther Dixon got a tin of Victoria biscuits ...

so did Lizzie Smith ...

Alice got the sweets and shortbread ...

Kathleen Henry can throw a stylish party with wine and Ferero Rochet .
